This is a continuation of the fanfic Cupcakes (which should only be read if you can handle gore); Cupcakes was incredibly well-written, each character kept right in character they should be, which just made it THAT much more disturbing.

Now, in this picture, Fluttershy is grieving. In my personal scenario of what happened after (which I'll write up soon) Rainbow Dash's brutal murder, her body was recovered and Pinkie Pie placed in an asylum for serious help. Dash's body was sent into a cloud high in the sky, but the ponies sent Fluttershy a lock of Dash's mane for her to bury in her garden, because they knew how special she was to her. Fluttershy buried the little lock of hair and placed Dash's prized crown on top of the little mound, quietly grieving and saying everything she'd been too shy to say while Dash was alive-- how Fluttershy cared so much for her, and how she missed the great friend who had defended her honor since they were little ponies.

Now, I support FlutterDash as a pairing, but as a very platonic relationship-- nothing beyond some cute kissings. But I also think that Fluttershy would be too shy to say how she really felt about her... which leads her to regret staying silent while standing at her best friend's grave.

Bronies, don't kill me. I'm sorry for making Fluttershy cry. D: It bothers me too.
